Smoked Mussels Spread
Recipe from Harmony Cellars
Ingredients:
2 T. heavy cream
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
½ lemon, juiced
1 T. garlic, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
½ lb. smoked mussels, chopped
¼ cup chives, chopped
Directions:
- Combine heavy cream, cream cheese, and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
- Beat together and add lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper.
- Fold in mussels and chives.
- Keep chilled until serving time.
- Serve on bread or crackers.
