Riesling Nectarine Berry Ice
(From Cooking With Riesling)

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Harmony White Riesling
5 fresh nectarines
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Directions:

  1. Wash and peel nectarines. Puree in a food processor.
  2. Wash berries and puree in a food processor.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Riesling wine and pureed fruit; stir together.
  4. Freeze in a freezer container or in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
  5. Thirty minutes before serving, process fruit ice in food processor then refreeze.
  6. To serve, spoon ice into individual bowls. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve with sugar cookies.

Serve with sugar cookies and Harmony White Riesling!
