You will need:
Harmony Cellars’ White Riesling
3 Lime Wedges
A few Mint leaves
0.5 Oz. Simple Syrup
Splash of Sparkling water
Directions :
Muddle mint and lime together. Fill the glass with ice then add Riesling, simple syrup & mix together. Finally top with a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaf, and voila!

You will need:
16 oz. Pineapple Orange Juice
1 1/2 Bottles of Harmony Riesling
6-8 oz. Ginger Ale
1 Chunk of Fresh Ginger
1-2 Sliced Oranges
Sliced Limes and Raspberries
Directions:
Mix one bottle of Riesling, pineapple orange juice and ginger chunk in a large juice container. Add berries and citrus slices and chill for at least 6 hours. (Overnight is best)
Just before serving, remove berries and fruit slices and strain the juice. Combine strained juice with remaining half bottle of wine and ginger ale in a large glass pitcher. Add ice and float fermented fruit on top of ice! Yum!

You will need:
6 ounces Strawberries, hulled
2 ounces Raspberries
1 2/3 cups Harmony Rosato Vivo
1/4 cup Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1/4 cup Pink Lemonade
1 tablespoon Agave
1 cup whole or Sliced Fresh Strawberries and Raspberries
10 (2.5-ounce) freezer ice-pop molds and sticks

Directions:
Purée strawberries, raspberries, rosé, grapefruit juice, pink lemonade and agave on high speed in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a large measuring cup; discard seeds and foam. Divide strawberry mixture among ice-pop molds, leaving about 1" space at the top. Freeze until slushy, about 1 hour. Stir with an ice-pop stick, then add fresh berries, stirring to incorporate with stick. Cover molds, insert sticks, and freeze until ice pops are solid, at least 4 hours. And you have a perfect patio treat for a hot day!
